Depends if Nintendo fixed their online, reached out to R* and actually collaborated with them for support, and if Nintendo actually has a gameplan to pay up money to actually support GTAO2 on their systems for the next 15 years. There's supposedly a RDR2 port being shown next week on a supposed Direct but whenever a Direct actually happens and if we actually see RDR2 is a positive indicator.
