Honestly I never understood the obscene, overblown masturbation that Artorias and Radanh get. One is a random knight who gets to be a non-final boss in DLC, the other is a huge fighty guy who looks ridiculous and silly in his original fight.
Both exist as bosses that sit on their asses waiting for you to come and fuck their shit up. Neither appears anywhere in the game to be (Your) nemesis or whatever. Neither did anything of note during the course of the game (frankly, this can be said of every character in Elden Soulsborne, except for friendly NPCs who at least go somewhere to die and maybe fight some boss for a token offline coop fight). And yet they have this insane following like they are protagonists of their games or something. Is it some kind of inside joke, like "let's ironically pretend they are a cut above the rest"?
