I've been playing it a bunch just to try to find the Final Fantasy cards in the wild.
Haven't seen a single Tifa yet, but seen a lot of cool little decks. There's one where you have all the IX mages together. One with the equipment based creatures and Lightning. One with Ardyn reviving shit and then swinging for a single endless attack.

just play eternal card game instead >campaign >PvE gauntlet mode >multiplayer casual or ranked >draft against AI or other players >monthly draft tournament >incredibly generous f2p model >pinnacle of digital-only CCGs
>>712762550 Why not? And I think they're less square in the non-mobile version.

Same with Yugioh, I don't know how anyone is keeping track of 10 chains which resolve in very specific orders

>always played kitchen table with friends >we played properly and knew the rules and we always had fun >go to a prerelease >people already know what cards they want from boosters >have already worked out decks based off spoilers >more expensive deck wins That's how I did a 180 away from the store and stuck to kitchen
>>712765852 There's nothing wrong with looking at a preview and trying to figure out decks from the get go. It's fun to look at previews and start building jank and combos in your mind right there.
But if you really want to have that feeling of pure confusion, you should still be drafting and doing sealed, but on your kitchen.
