Hitman: Absolution: 746
Hitman: Blood Money: 209
Hitman: Contracts: 29
Hitman 2: 39
Hitman: 39
What gives with these Steam concurrent peaks in the last 24h? I thought that Absolution was a "black sheep". Why is it the second most popular game, and why are its reviews 93% positive? People always told me that Blood Money was the most popular one, and Absolution was hated. Have I been lied to?

Absolution is good its just more of a spy stealth game than a assassin game.

Absolution blew its load with the fetish nuns right when SJWs took over the internet, so it was review bombed before review bombing was cool

Hitman Absolution was mostly a digital release through steam, where as the original OG trilogy was mostly sold through hard copies and other non steam sites. This isn't hard to understand.

Lol at anyone buying the old games from fucking steam

Here's a little secret about Hitman that Blood Money fans will never tell you. Most players play through the guided story missions and then move on. The whole play the same mission over and over to kill the target in different ways, thing? A vast majority of players never do that. People play WoA mission by mission, completing the story, have a lot of fun, then they play Absolution, and it they play it basically the same way they played WoA. That's why Absolution's reviews are so positive.

Absolution is a good game, they just tried to make it less autistic with short cinematic levels between sandboxes

Lol, no. The NPCs in blood money actually react in a realistic frightened manner, beg for their lives, and even pick up guns to defend themselves. You can shoot up a bunch of guards only to be killed by some old lady you turned your back on and ignored

That's why people replay blood money. That's why it's still installed on my drive and not nu faggotman.

Because Hitman Blood Money~Silent Assassin were released back when you had to get your ass to the store to buy video games in a disc, before Steam completely took over everything

No. They're completely brainless and barely move even when you go on a killing spree.

Don't underestimate the power of normies. Absolution is like the call of duty of hitman. It's not for people who care for stealth and games that require thought.

Theres basically two choices you can make:
Buy the standard edition or
Buy the deluxe edition.
The main difference is that the deluxe edition has 2 extra maps: new york (cool bank heist map) and haven island (a nice island spa hotel thing) both are complete with extra missions, plus a few extra goodies that don't mater much, stuff like recolored standard weapons and suits.

I'd say to buy deluxe mostly for the 2 extra maps BUT if you're extra stingy with money, you can buy the STANDARD edition and then buy the Hitman 3 access pass: hitman 2 espansion ( https://store.steampowered.com/app/1829590/HITMAN_3_Access_Pass_HITMAN_2_Expansion/ ) to get the 2 extra maps.
