I'm playing it on my Odin 2 with 30fps but I'm also using AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution, so it looks a bit better than it does on Switch/Switch 2.
Took a bit of experimenting to find the right emulator/driver combination.

I'm surprised it doesn't reach 60fps on Switch 2, was it already patched?

None of the Xenoblade games have enhancement patches yet. XC3 got a patch for Switch 2 compatibility; it must have had some visual bugs out of the box. XCXDE has remnants of a 60fps mode in the code, but it's not something that can just be enabled because it's unfinished. Monolith Soft uses a lot of tricks and optimization to make the Xenoblade games run as well as they do on the Switch, so I imagine their games will need some extra TLC to take full advantage of the Switch 2 since the GPU architecture is different.

Wonder what they did to bump Botw and Totk up to 120?
It looks so good at that framerate, I guess its too much work but it feels like everything possible should get a 120fps patch.
Odyssey atleast should get one.

We're gonna get atleast one Direct before Donkey Kong.
I bet 1-2 more gamecube games, and maybe some new "upgrade" announcements.

I aint payin for any of them tho, just the free ones through NSO.
