I play on a laptop and im not ashamed to admit it. The hate for them is so overblown
>pay more for less performance
Damn I'm glad I'm not the person who manages your money (that would be your mother)
>>712822508 (OP)>hatethere's no hate, it's more like the cost benefit analysis doesn't make sense. I'd use a laptop if I were some hobo drifter who couldn't use a desktop, but desktops are always going to be the better choice. not only that, you have more options now for portable devices thanks to revitalized interest in handhelds like the deck. so you do you I guess but don't act like you're making a smarter decision than everyone else.
>>712822508 (OP)How does your laptop solve the heating and power issue? Is it able to successfully deliver all the power and dissipate all the heat generated? Or does it have to throttle itself?
>he still uses laptops
reject desk, acquire portability
i have acer nitro with like 1660 ti for 6 years and it just works
gaming laptops are fine. the problem is that inevitably you will always have to cool down 2 chips which is going to be hot as hell. and the price. the real competition is that normal APU laptops on the other hand are... fucking awesome. thinner, quieter, cheaper and they powerful as hell albeit you will not larp as an ebin gamer

>he responded within seconds
kinda sad bro.
I just connect my cube to tv and sit on sofa. What kind of animal would spend his free time sitting in front of desk
i hope you will write us in 1-2 years when it starts breaking down and the hassle of repairing it out of warranty these days is almost impossible lol. $1700 down the drain
>>712822508 (OP)There's no reason to own a Laptop in place of a Desktop. They are exclusively for richfags with comfy jobs where they play video games at work and have both.
>>712822508 (OP)I have one out of necessity since I travel for work.
