Such as ratchet and clank. The world itself is a cool setting I enjoy the post apocalyptic vibe and even if it's been done before it still feels fairly fresh. All the lore tie ins and tidbits spread through dead people you find and extract their memories is a good system.
>MiscI actually like the dress up options alot. The outfits and accessories being unlocked and crafted gives you something to work towards/for I'll always be a fan of cosmetics rewards and there's a pretty big variety. I like the photo mode I think this feature really lets you showcase the world in your screenshots you can even activate it mid combat or during cutscenes which was a nice touch. Probably the best fishing Minigame I've played since Dark Cloud 2. The story is ok not alot to say on it. Fairly generic with some decently obvious twists but Eve feels well written her curiosity is contagious and I love seeing her interact with the world to learn about humanity. Her interactions with different people is enjoyable along with alot of the more fun side quest resolutions you get to see her thoughts after which is a nice touch as well. All in all I'm really enjoying the game so far.
>ConsNot too much to say here just a few things
>movementEve is clunky for sure. She moves like she actually weighs hundreds of pounds and while it's nice immersion sometimes it's a hindrance. Swimming especially is egregiously bad and takes time to figure out how to control correctly. I hate when I'm sprintiny around the desert at max speed and an enemy sees me so she pulls out her sword and slows to a halt. I feel like combat should be optional and not something that punishes the player considering agro ranges are absolutely fucking massive.
