I can't beat her /v/. I'm fighting her without summoning and no mimic tear because that's what I do for all bosses but she is just wrecking me.

You need a weapon that can hitstun her, then just learn the moves. Maybe use a shield for the first burst of waterfowl if you can't avoid it. You can do it bro

Parry her twice, riposte with Misericorde and repeat untill she's dead.
Her helicopter attack is bullshit tho, depending on where she starts it, you can run into a wall while dodging it and get hit.

Any build can equip brass shield + greatshield talisman + barricade shield ash. It completely destroys her.

You shouldn't really be having too much trouble with the rest of her moveset because it's pretty easy in phase 1. Just look up a guide on how to dodge waterfowl and you should be fine.
