On addressing concerns over whether or not the Switch 2 might be hacked, Nintendo CEO Shuntaro Furukawa confidently told reporters that there is nothing to be concerned about. It was in this meeting reporters heard for the first time about Nintendo partnering with Israeli intelligence agency for the manufacturing of the Switch 2.
"We are confident that there will be no major hacking of the Switch 2 this time around." Suntaro said, "Thanks in no small part to our partnership with Mossad who have brought some exciting technology to our attention that we never thought possible before."
Sources say that this was a fairly late pivot in the Switch 2's development cycle and may have contributed to the Switch 2's initial delay and say the pivot began happening around the time of the Hezbollah pager incident.
