Remember a couple years ago in a Nintendo video there was footage of this cutscene with the lords in their promotion outfts. Which is impossible in the vanilla version because the cutscene is a video file, not in real time (in their base timeskip outfits, and the promotion comes after that battle anyway).
Recent speculation is that it was a build for Switch 2 in pre-production where all the cutscenes will be real-time.
