They're too expensive in Australia. I would seriously consider a next gen one instead of upgrading my PC though, I've been playing a lot more casual games recently.
I also prefer Linux where I can, have been using Ubuntu on my desktop for the last 7 years.

Handheld is cringe. When I'm outside and bored I use an ereader because it works in all lightings and has battery for days and looks better socially instead of looking like a manchild. When I'm home I emulate ps2 on my 14 year old thinkpad. (I get 60 fps (technically 50 because I play PAL) and I use arch btw)
