Now that I think about it despite being the Mega Mushroom being used in a few games I don't think its music has ever been re-arranged? They just drop in this track from a 2006 DS game and call it a day. Ain't broke I guess....

all these power ups feel like they got hyper nerfed, both it and the star only seem last like 5 seconds, before you can do any real damage with them

On a drift corner near a bottomless pit, if you use magikoopa, since transformations cancel out drifts.

It's an otherwise useless item, so that is what makes it even funnier.
