Jack Frost has more dynamism.
He can be an individual or one of many.
He can be sincerely sweet and naive or two-faced.
You can actually fight him and/or recruit him.
He also has multiple variations, for better or worse.
Most importantly his "Hee Ho!" catchphrase is simple but applicable to many uses.
He's not the best known mascot, but now that I list all this out I think he may be one of the best utilized.
