I want to play a game that lets me enlsave people, preferably women. What game would you recommend to me?

Rimworld.
Can make an entire colony like that if you wish.

I basically do a colony of anthro women that enslave human men.

I like to larp in Fallout 4 as a Slaver
>Go to a settlement and take it over
>Strip any settlers of their weapons and normal clothes and give them slave-ish clothes (Hood masks, collars, raggy clothes, sexy stuff for women if you want)
>Build them dirty slum housing, have their crops / job locations be fenced in with barbed wire
>Station heavily armed guards at the corners of the base to enforce authority, I like to use modded Automatons, makes it more bleak for the slaves knowing a soulless robot is ruling over them
>Build my nice plantation house that overlooks it all

Bonus points if you utilize the Nuka World DLC and actually extort the settlements for money and stuff.
Only problem is that this all is a huge larp and they aren't actually slaves. Going near them they will still say "Hi :)" in a positive way. But maybe they are just trying to get on your good side? Its the power of imagination.

Conan Exiles. Slavery and breaking slaves in is an actual major in-game mechanic. And you can enslave women too.

Chorfs don't have slaves. They have unpaid laborers.

Only rimworld and conan exiles comes to mind

Rimworld is probably better because you can harvest spare kidneys from your slaves for even more profit and force them to eat bugs or the remains of failed escapees wheras in conan exiles they're just npc followers and crafting station upgrades

Rimworld is the only decent answer, others are just a text box giving you the option to use slaves to hasten construction off-screen.

FO4 has much better slavery options than skyrim. FO4 has Depravity mod which let's you play as a proper slaver.
