it's gonna be Paulin'es daughter, and she got transformed into a rock creature. It's fitting that the children of DK and Pauline would team up, and Pauline is gonna have her view on Kongs changed.

Is this picture the only source of thinking Pauline will be in the game besides just speculation? Because I feel like this is potentially another Grinch leak situation

It was featured on the South Korean Nintendo website, so it's official. We have a few explanations:

1. Early game wanted little Pauline, but was changed to a rock sidekick.
2. Little Pauline is changed into a Rock person, and they didn't want the twist spoiled.

The rock girl scene we have shows them confused and there is no rock race of people, so I think it's Little Pauline being cursed and the game is about curing said curse.
