Why do people become collectors? Who cares about paying $50 for a game when you can hack the console then play it on the console for free?

People stick with what they comfortably know and stick with what’s simple. You tell some normalfag to pirate a game? 8/10 times they dont even know how to crack it or where to download it from. But, what they can do is simply buy it from Steam and call it a day. The same goes with shit like Spotify & Netflix. It’s simple, easy, and familiar. This is why consoles still exist and will continue existing
