If you came to Witcher 3 for some sort of "Open World EXPLORE ON YOUR OWN, Level UP YOUR CHARACTER" You're playing the wrong game.

Witcher is basically a Telltale game with Skyrim mechanics added onto it. It's an action-oriented point and click game, more than it's a proper action game.
