Jokers are mostly good early on but what you really want for Endless are enhanced cards like Luckies, Glasses and Steels with retriggers and Jokers that can capitalize on them.

glass cards and retrigger jokers will get you to 12 or so

Endless is a meme. But you want baron, mime, bloodstone, DNA or another reliable way to copy cards, perkeo, and cryptid. Then you'll want to focus on getting as many red seal steel kings of heart as humanly possible. You want to maximize your retriggers.
