>mind control lets you use an enemy as a minion, lasts between 10 - 30 mins>it can break anywhere from 6 seconds into its duration>when it breaks the mob beats the shit out of you and you instantly die because you're a squishy caster>when it doesn't break you're the strongest class in the game bar none because of how much stronger than players mobs are>you still have to manage buffs and mana while also managing your mc'd minion's position and possibly keeping it debuffed so it can't randomly decide to instantly kill you at any given momentMeanwhile in most other games it's just broken as fuck because you instantly remove one or more enemies from the fight while also damaging others
There's no way to make hypnosis actually fun, it's not possible and if you say it is you're simply inexperienced with it as a mechanic
