Many many people Don't even start games they buy, and just as many play like 1 level say they'll get around to it but never get around to it, and there's even a significant part who don't even go that far and just boot it up fiddle with the setting and once again say they'll "get around to it".
And that's not to mention the people who get traditionally filtered.
