For this to be a derivitive work it would need - the gameplay to match 1:1, the characters to be similar looking if not ripped models of Link, Zelda, Ganon, etc. Same goes for enemies, music would need to sound incredibly similar if not ripped. You'd need to have hardly any variation at all in EVERY metric to get hit with derivative work.
The setting isn't a fantasy kingdom with an elf, the enemy isn't some pig guy that became a weird goblin looking thing.
