Kinda/sorta Persona 5. Expert is way easier than Hard ironically and I don't remember the specific reason but it was something along the lines of all damage versus weakness is tripled or something but that goes for both your party AND enemies and mitigating weaknesses in that game is incredibly easy so it doesn't even matter most the time. There's one specific boss that is infamously hard on Hard mode and guides literally tell you to bump the difficulty UP to expert if you're struggling.
Kinda/sorta Persona 5. On RE4 professional the enemies run right up to your face so its easier to aim at them and kite them for aoe
