>>712990469>Resenlians are given away in absurdly frequent events. So, no way to buy them?
>Besides that you can also buy the empty ampoules from the AP shop and (if you have it unlocked) do the selected list dying that >>712989023 mentioned.I assume this just means you effectively just get to buy clones of colors you already chose. This is an improvement, but does little if you really like to play around with colors and make tweaks.
For comparison PSO2 NGS has very shit monetization but at the end of the day that one just lets you swipe (or collect freebies in events/handouts) your card for char customization. Going with 255 white on one outfit might look good, but some will have different material properties and be more/less reflective so you might have to drop to 225 or 245 to go with a darker white to allow specular shading to not completely clip things under bright lighting.
I imagine I would be bothered by FOMO/timegated/accumulate-over-time dyes if there isn't at least a specular intensity slider to prevent clipped colors or having to settle for duller dye colors just to ensure protection across a wider range of outfits.
Also some things can look good at 0-0-0 while others may look absolute black and I imagine that could be problematic in Vindictus as well, requiring multiple dyes at different levels of black/gray at something like 0-0-0 through 16-16-16 for example.
#1 = RNG Dye
#2 = Clone Dye
#3 = Configurable RGB Dye
Is there any way to pay $ to reset #3 dyes?
If so, what happens to #2 dyes that previously sampled the #3 before you changed the #3? Does that stick, or get updated/erased?
If #3 can be freely changed or changed for $ and #2s can just store the value at the time it was cloned forever then I would consider this paypig grade, but totally acceptable. I would just pay to choose colors then dye outfits and pay for resets whenever I feel like customizing again.
