I bought one of these kits for my kids during covid. We had a lot of building it a messing around with it.

As parent, I was genuinely impressed with the level of creativity and engineering that went into it. I can't think of any other company on this planet who could have pulled something like that off.

Based fellow dadanon. My kid's cousin had a few labo pieces and they played the hell out of them. Also I bought Mario Kart Live with two karts for him and we're still having a fucking blast playing it.
The only valid criticism is the pricing, it should have cost at most half of what it did (and that's generous), but design, ingenuity, playability and FUN are next to none.
