Spent most of the day playing the Golden Country DLC. The Gormott jazzy remix is so much fun. In addition to seeing how Gormott looked 500 years ago

So I initially thought Mythra was kind of a bitch in the main game but I really warmed up to her over time. The Mythra of the DLC is a deranged psycho. She has zero compunctions about using her orbital space laser on randoms. Which is a stark change from when she was frightened at fighting at all in the main game for fear of blowing something up.

Which game is better? Chronicles DE or X?

In hindsight, I 100% understand why Addam saw Pneuma's silver sword and said "fuck that." Mythra is almost as bad as Malos... from what I can see anyway, I haven't gotten that far yet.

Also I just realized, do they ever explain where The Conduit came from? And the events of how Klaus blew up the world seem slightly different between XB1 and 2. In XB1 Klaus was 100% selfish and pushed the button out of his own ego. In XB2 Klaus pushed the button believing he was solving a problem inherent to humanity...I think. I have to watch that scene again to make sure. But I'm wondering when exactly the universe split happened. I'm becoming obsessed with these games

Wait a goddamn minute! Mythra's Core Crystal is cracked. Pyra shared her Core Crystal with Rex because he would've died otherwise. But Mythra's Core Crystal should be pristine. I'm betting something happened to Addam at some point
