Player retention is a great way to make money too though, through micro transactions, and people telling their friends to buy the game as well, the numbers at release were good enough to get capcom a truckload of money but if they're not retarded they're gonna want to try and some upkeep and get some goodwill by making the game have an actual lifespan

Going by how badly supported DD2 was post launch, I don't have any hopes for this game getting better. Better to just wait for the inevitable Sunbreak/Iceborne esque expansion and pray.

I played Wild Hearts when it had like 50 player concurrents on steamcharts, and even then I could find players for end game hunts. I really don't get why people are obsessed with steamcharts numbers.
