Look into the WoW Single Player Project (SPP). You can play Vanilla, BC, or WotLK, but Wrath isn't as polished when it comes to endgame content I don't think. It's offline with simulated playerbots and partybots. You can disable them if you want though. And you can also open your server to the internet or LAN if you want to play with others.

Doing Naxx with my guild and getting gladiator in S2, S3, S4 of TBC made me finally believe in myself.
