Is there any reason to own a Wii U in 2025? Does it have any exclusives left?
ZombiU always interested me but you can probably emulate the titles these days.
Unless you really like the double screen gimmick, no. The only use I see for these in the future, is if the Wii starts getting stupidly expensive. This would be a good fallback as a Wii and GC console.
>>712993160plus it's on pc, though I don't know if it's much different or not
>>712992898 (OP)>exclusivesOnly trannies care about that
>>712992898 (OP)I used it as a media hub until they completely gutted all those features.
I only keep mine around because I have a BotW save file on it and I still havent beat the game
is that game worth completing?
>Wind Waker HD and Twilight Princess HD
>Nintendo Land
>Dr. Luigi
>A divisive Paper Mario game that has yet to be ported and will probably be exclusive to it forever.
>A shitty WarioWare game, a shitty Kirby game, the shittiest Star Fox game, the shittiest Animal Crossing game, the shittiest Mario Party game, the shittiest Sonic game.
I think that's everything notable remaining.
>>712992898 (OP)It doesn't need exclusives, it has soul.
>>712992898 (OP)Unless you really want to play Wind Waker HD or Twilight Princess HD, no.
>>712996713and they're both on the Switch, so there's no excuse to own a WiiU
TP/WW HD. Playing those games with QoL changes, a second map screen and potentially on the gamepad itself is nice.
>>712993160>>712993628ZombiU is wholly mediocre aside from the real time gamepad gimmicks. It's not unplayable, just nothing special.
why would I play WW on the Wii U instead of the Switch 2?
Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric
You didn't say it had to be good.
>>712998852The second screen is a godsend for treasure hunting, the Triforce quest is significantly better paced, it has Hero Mode which just makes Zelda games better in general, and it has the Swift Sail. The only real counterargument is the better art direction of the original.
