Don't forget
Amazon of all fucking companies gave up on doing anything with Lumberyard and decided to throw it out to the public for free
That alone speaks volumes about the state of O3DE-Lumberyard

I personally think that the most FOSS game engines, the better. I just wish there were good liberally licensed alternatives to FMOD and Wwise.
SoLoud by Jari Komppa was looking to be a good alternative, but the developer abandoned it.
