The court sided with Nexon on the claim of trade secret infringement.
This means that the court found that Ironmace illegally used data from Nexon's unannounced Project P3 during the development of Dark and Darker.

>Damages:
As a result of the trade secret infringement finding, Ironmace was ordered to pay Nexon 8.5 billion won (approximately $5.7 - $5.9 million USD) in damages.
