I have a PS5 and have encountered burning ass and lower back pain sitting in pretty much any chair for more than 30 minutes. Does anyone here use a Portal? How well does it stream? Also, is it comfortable to hold in bed? I know the Switch 2 exists but I dont want to play toddler games.

It has no reason to exist. If you have a phone (or some other android gaming device equivalent), you can just stream it there via PXPlay app, which comes with more customization to tailor your second screen experience.
Sony literally made a cheaply made overpriced Xperia tablet with two halves of a dualsense grafted to it with less functionality than a Wii U Gamepad, and it forces you to connect via Wi-Fi rather than remote connection directly to the console. It can't even function without internet + even emulating anything on it is pointless.

If you have great internet it can‘t be too bad. There‘s always gonna be input lag through streaming but according to reviews as long as the game is in performance mode the input lag is fine

You can use remote play on your phone instead if you get a little fake joycon controller for it, or if you wanted to you can get a Steam Deck (or even a Retroid Pocket emulation handheld) and that could increase the amount of games you could play on top of being able to stream your ps5 games to it.

Literally cheaper and better value to just buy an average phone and a generic USBC or bluetooth controller bone to use PS streaming that way.
Likely higher quality too, on top of actually allowing you to use bluetooth earphones if you have them.
