Tendies need to be more like us
Instead of obsessively happy about children's games they should be obsessively assblasted about children's games

well the server access is part of the devices basic functionality for both devices. You get security updates despite doing things on the hardware that apple prefers you're not allowed to. You keep access to software you bought and so on.

Heres what has to happen like 99%
Companies can ban someone from online play I suppose, people can be disruptive and whatever, but what about single player games they paid money for? You just stole from the user if they lose ability to play them. You gotta give a refund.
Then the device obviously has to work as intended, if the server says "stop working" you stole 500โ‚ฌ from the user. How about dont do that? It cant be legal.

>company is happy to see your custom builds, will probably post it on their socials if they're nice(worked for HD marketing back in the times so others copied it)
>buy a car
>some companies will even have official tools for chip tuning(to get extra money), none will remotely brick it if they detect you modifying something in them through some kind of interface
>buy PC
>mobo company doesn't brick it for using libreboot
>get a phone
>company doesn't break it for rooting/jailbreaking it
>get a nintendo device
>AAAAH PRIRATES ALL THESE DOWNLOADS WOULD TRANSLATE INTO PRUCHASE FOR SURE LAWFARE NAO

It's pretty clear. And btw I think the last nintendo game i've played was something I was playing on a NES knockoff, just saw your retarded post while scrolling through the board.

Ask the EU about it. Remember, Nintendo isn't a German car company they won't be magically excluded from EU regulations and if they're able to shit down Apple's throat and force them to yield then Apple for gamers won't stand much chance.
