it was mostly played by chinks. it was still a pretty good 8/10 game, i had fun with it and would recommend it to anyone who loves boss rushes. the amount of bosses was great, and it looks incredible if you can max out the graphics and RT. other than that there's really not much to discuss about it, the story was shit and i had no fucking idea what was going on since i'm not familiar with chinkney to the west. the setting and aesthetic was cool though which was enough for me. also had some real qt's and the chapter transition scenes were sovl (which is surprising since chinks have no souls)

same, DLC will be a day one buy for me. with the amount of bosses in the base game i can see them adding at least a couple dozen in a DLC. also the combat was great especially considering it was their first time, hopefully they can build on it for whatever they make next

It's a decent game but that's all it is. It was vastly overhyped and overshilled by nationalistic chinamen but it doesn't really bring anything new to the table or does anything particularly well.
A linear souls-like hack & slash with lock-on combat, but mostly braindead easy enemies, one singular attack string, one weapon, a handful of super moves (some of which are limited by cooldowns like it's a fucking MMO), a shit ton of bosses with only like a dozen good ones (and a few great ones).
Its main appeal is the strong art direction and good graphics but the game itself is incredibly shallow.
