holy shit this is the craziest and coolest boss fight across elden ring, for once it isn't some spend 30 years watching the boss combo, you dodge a mad bull rush, parry a swing, dance back and forth, ost is DS2 levels of instrumental goodness as well

and also Midir's theme in ds3, once I could actually hear and enjoy the violin and instrumentals in Libra's theme mid fight whilst enjoying the measured amount of chanting, I realised I hadn't felt like that in a while, barring Radagons fight, almost all of the rest being fucking 99 percent blaring choirs drowning out actual music

Yuka Kitamura is honestly overrated as fuck among Soulsfags and gets way more credit than she deserves. Almost every track on any given FROM soundtrack that she does is blown out of the water by the other composers who actually explore other instruments besides violins and choirs.Hell, Noriyuki Asakura came in for just one track in Sekiro and its the only memorable track from the whole OST. SotE and Nightreign's OSTS were made after she left and are fucking excellent.
