i just bought a mini ac fan for my computer desk, it says just add water but im doubting it'll work

Fans are a scam. They don't actually cool you down, they dry the sweat on your body. You need an AC unit.

this one is called arctic air, it has some cartridge inside thats supposed to cool you, i have it set up on the left side of my desk and a small fan on the right
the arctic air is blowing colder right now but it's still too early to tell
