How is it? I've never played a Vicky game, just EU4 and CK2/3.
It has a free weekend and I'm gonna play it but I don't have a lot of time to. Is this one of those situations where I should just play Vicky 2 instead? Keep in mind I am more attuned to modern Paradox shit.

Depends on how much of an autist you are since it’s all about economics and internal politics. It’s more casual than Vicky 2 but that doesn’t mean much.
