I only watch streamers who acknowledge that paypiggies have no place being shouted out on stream.

I've only watched streams live a few times, they didn't have any of that shit but I still found it annoying that you can't skip forward and if you pause you basically throw away the whole point of watching it live. So I just check out vods if anything

just don't watch streams with more than a couple hundred viewers. there are plenty that are committed to the game and talk to chat only on the side.

>okay its been like half an hour and nobody has tipped me yet, not even superchats
>come on guys you guys really wanted me to play this game, guess you guys don't care. I don't know about you but I'm loving this game
>Alright guys no really I need that money, I do. I have two HUGE bills coming up and its making me nervous, things have been real tight financially for me
>Okay guys well I guess I'm just gonna drop this new game, I thought people would show up and support but I guess not

There's a spectrum. Some streamers treat their chat like a friend who's backseating them and they otherwise ignore subs, donations, etc. Other streamers have a screen full of fidget streamers and competing TTS donation messages running at the same time and every time they reach a goal they play a 3 minute animation of them belly dancing with flashing lights and vuvuzelas blaring.

Probably once a month I'll watch a streamer play a game and they're getting to a good part I want to see their reaction to but they end up missing it because they're too busy talking to the half a dozen faggots in their chat who are part of their circlejerk fan Discord. So while a super funny or interesting moment is happening on screen, they're sitting there talking about some inner circle "you had to be there, bro" shit and I suddenly realize I'm wasting my time and go do something else. I usually tell myself I won't watch those streamers ever again.

The ones with a small handful of viewers are usually the ones who end up getting derailed talking about personal/Discordtranny stories more often. What you really need is popular streamers who aren't on Twitch. If they're popular, they can't acknowledge chat because it's moving too fast and they have too many fans to bother remembering or interacting with them all, so they just treat chat like a wall of text (as it should be). And if they're not on Twitch, you don't have to worry about all the cringey interactive spam shit.

Streams are completely boring anyways. The only good that comes out of them is when they get trolled by people screaming nigger or showing gay black men shoving vegetables up their arse hole.

I watched alot of detractor vids years ago but tuned out years ago and just watch clips here and there now. Its really his lack of self-awareness and general lack of any socializing that makes it. He's a great case-study for locking yourself in a room for 10 years playing video games drinking gin, with no social interaction other than a stream chat and Twitter
