Billy hit Karl with multiple lawsuits, not the other way around.
Karl's biggest crime was making a false claim in one of this videos (which is what he got sued for), but he wasn't legally harassing Billy, Billy is the one who does that to other people, usually, which is why It's so mind numbingly retarded that Karl decided to defame him.
