>I am content with global illumination and pre-baked shadows
We had better twenty fucking years ago back when the Accelerated Graphics Port was still a thing, you gorilla retard.

Screen shake should not even be a thing. Have to turn that shit off in MGSV and I am not someone who usually gets sick from the effect.

mouse speed is change in movement over time, mouse acceleration is change in mouse speed over time. it just makes your mouse movements inconsistent.

It comes from old workstation days where people needed to be able to move the cursor pixel by pixel but also across the entire screen, both on a shitty tiny mousepad. So when you flick the mouse quickly to get the cursor across the screen, the distance that you moved the mouse is multiplied (because of the movement speed) and the cursor goes farther.

the mousepad was mandatory, it was mirrored and reflected the lasers.

incosistent means not consistent means it changes, i'm not completely opposed to mouse acceleration if the curve is right and there's a very hard cap on it but its very difficult to pull off.

computer needs to fill in the space between real pixels, i assume the maths adds the closest three pixels
