Sure if you like light RTS via using EX skills and learning positioning, timing your buffs and attacks, heals, etc.
It'll take alittle while to get there as a newbie though. Most people just stay for the fun stories and ironically it's not as about fanservice as fanart would have you believe outside of a few scenes.
