Just played Bioshock 2 on PC, and that game is an absolute shitshow. Not for the gameplay, but because they forgot to map basic functions to M+KB controls. Also, it crashes constantly. And this was the Remastered version. So when they had the opportunity to fix these problems for a second time, they didn't do shit. Bioshock 1 didn't have any of these problems.

Only the first Bioshock was decent. I started with II and had to play with a big daddy and noped it. III I barely remember but was shit. Infinite had a cutscene to remind me about that card. We really killed the games with that meme.

Just got a 360 and have been enjoying the game a lot. Played it a few times as a teenager but wasn't into spooky games. I mean I'd rather be playing this than some other generic 7th gen shooter like the conduit on Wii so it must be doing something right

BioShock was hugely unique. I have yet to encounter a game that let me set up a geyser, electrify it with a shock plasmid and trap another player with it (Bioshock 2 multiplayer). You have a huge variety of plasmid combinations that translate into environmental hazards. It's not the only game that does this of course but the other ones that do aren't as mechanically sound with the controls.
