Well, the reason he has a massive chip on his shoulder is because he wants to be a Hollywood director. He hates having to scam you so he can put Hollywood actors in MGSV, DS and DS2.

MGSV has awful gunplay, awful sneaking, and a wide open world of basically nothing but fetch quests and killing retards in the open. It had as many celebrities as he could get away with. DS is the next step, with more celebrities and less gameplay.
