Seriously, how the fuck has the English NSP for Raidou not been uploaded by now? It's still just the Japanese one. I've seen literal shovelware get uploaded faster than this.

I just said fuck it and started playing the Japanese ROM. Been meaning to study it again anyway. That being said, why is there an option to switch the voices to English in the Japanese version? What's even the point of that? Especially if you cant switch the text language.
