>>713200605 (OP) I wish the game was more punishing. You can literally fail and restart a stage in the middle and still get S+ ranks. It's demotivating. I liked Necrodancer and thought mad rat dead would be peak but idk
>>713201456 Did you S+ hard mode too? The ranking system's pretty generous and Normal is stupid easy (t. not a rhythm game player), but Hard kicked it up enough that I had to grind at levels from midgame forward.
>>713200764 This whole sequence is one of the most memorable parts of any game from the last 10 years for me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9HDedUFI74k

>>713201297 The rat is legitimately such a good design, wish it was a different kinda game
>>713208005 It's a unique kind of rhythm game. By its nature, it's not for everyone. If you like Rhythm games and platformers, you'll love it. But if you don't like one or the other that much, obviously, you won't like Mad Rat Dead.
>>713201297 What's the matter anon? Got no Rhythm?

>>713205531 Ratos... the ancient summon of jank ports and eternal delay. When the moon is full and the devs tweet “big news tomorrow,” the ritual begins. Only then shall PC gamers feel his merciful paw.
