I actually might buy it, bored as hell right now and want something to play.
I didn't hate Death Stranding, had my fair share of issues with the story, characters, dialogue and writing but in its defense at least it was an original idea, an original game with a new, original setting. Even if it's far from perfect it did a lot of things well that no other game has done, and was a very different experience from many other games I've played.
From what I can tell, Death Stranding 2 looks like it makes a fair bit of improvements while keeping the same cringe-inducing dialogue and writing, which I can look past if the rest of the game is interesting enough.

Also I kind of want to experience it as it comes out since other players will be building structures at the same time I am, making the experience more interesting.

I didn't play the first game until a few months ago, and by then all the structures were everywhere, and I didn't even need to build hardly anything myself except the roads.
