The shitty thing about remakes is that they're used on games that are already great. When was the last time someone remade a game that was shit to begin with? Those are the type of games that deserve remakes.

There are thousand of older games that weren't very good, but with just a few simple tweaks could be fixed up completely and turned into classics.

But unfortunately it's only the big names that sell.
