What do you map the grip buttons to? In MKW I just map A to the left button and X (rear view camera) to the right.

Since I have a better controller than the switch 2 controller (The Vader 3 and Vader 4 pro) I use LB on the left and B on the right so I can sprint in most souls type of games. But the switch 2 controller is my favorite first party controller, but it really doesn't come close to the Vader in quality. I like it more than Xbox/Playstation 1st party controllers though.

I don't know, I've been using both lately and aside from the sticks, everything else on the Dualsense feels better, size and face buttons particularly. I guess having grip buttons on a controller less than $200 is nice.
