I miss buying one before the prices become comically bad. Like Jesus 100-200 dollar and there is always issue with buttons, screens, touch screen or combination of all three, because people are investing money into this like Damn it will be cheaper for me to buy retroid pocket 5 with second screen accessory, than trying to win an auction for 3DS or 2DS

It's natively compatible with the DS and the GBA and can easily emulate GB/GBC so it's essentially 5 handheld consoles in one
Add that, plus the fact that e-celebs won't stop making videos about how easily hackable they are, plus the fact that Nintendo isn't making them anymore, and you get 3DSes being as expensive as they are now

I love my 3DS too. I only play Pokémon on it. But I have a ton of fun doing it. Gald I got one brand new and held onto it. I'm surprised how well these have held their value on the secondary market.

I got almost all model and i can confirm that the base 3ds is fine, altough new 3ds or 3ds xl is more comfortable. The 3D upgrade is nice, you can playing VC Snes game is that your thing too. But the c stick/improved fps is jackshit
