Another surprising point was that Jak X (racing game) had it's OST developed by Perfect Circle and alongside that Josh Holmes from Queens of the Stone Age let them use two of his songs for the opening and trailer of the game. Very under-rated game and added some cool world building and context to the series. Tempted to replay it now on PC.

Naughty Dog during the PS1 and PS2 were glorious.
Uncharted series was great fun and Last of Us has it's charm but I refuse to believe anything that comes out in the future will be decent quality. They started dropping off after Jak & Daxter.
Never did play the flying one though.
