The only ones 100% confirmed dead are Lucca and Robo. Crono and Marle are MIA. Magus is alive but a amnesiac, Frog is alive, Ayla had lots and lots of kids and lived a happy life.
Maybe the dead got revived when the dimensions corrected themselves at the end, who the fuck knows. Chrono Break is never going to be made, so it's not like it matters.
